Tier One

TIER ONE | $195
Hourly in-house labor rate goes from $120/hr. to $105/hr.
No charge or driving time to the home.

This monthly fee includes:
One Annual full home inspection
Six “away from home visits”
Six hours of labor towards spring/fall patio clean up
Two mosquito/pest treatments

Tier Two

TIER TWO | $145
Hourly in-house labor rate goes from $120/hr. to $108/hr.
No charge or driving time to the home.

This monthly fee includes:
One Annual full home inspection
Four “away from home visits”
Four hours of labor towards spring/fall patio clean up
Two mosquito/pest treatments

Tier Three

TIER THREE | $95
Hourly in-house labor rate goes from $120/hr. to $114/hr.

Total Sweep 360 provides sweeping service to commercial parking lots and garage decks. Total Sweep also provides asphalt repairs and replacement, concrete repair and maintenance and power washing

Service Descriptions

Full Home Inspection

(1) Start in the attic checking for any evidence of leaks, possible animal access points or any obvious structural issues.

(2) Check all possible filters including furnace(s), air cleaner, fridge and freezer, ERV system.

(3) Inspect the basement walls where it is possible to assess any water or structural issues.

(5) Inspect gutter and downspout system for proper function.

(4) Visually inspect exterior siding and masonry work for advanced ware or decay. Each home inspection can be customized per your needs or concerns.

Away From Home Visits

This is a special service we offer for our clients who like to travel but also like the peace of mind in knowing their biggest investment is in good hands. On this visit we will go through all the bathrooms and kitchen to turn water on and back off. This keeps gaskets from drying out and leaking. We flush all toilets for the same reason. A general visual inspection will be done looking for anything out of the ordinary. A phone call, text or email will be made upon completion of visit.

This visit can be made on any weekday to best accommodate your homes schedule. This is a service that can be customized to suit your home best.

Spring Clean Up

The free spring clean up hours are to be used for scheduled general labor. Things to include but not limited to, setting up pool
patio furniture, garage cleaning, patio clean up, exterior bulb replacements, etc.

Drive Time

Our driving time is based on 15-minute increments.

Other Details

(1) You can drop out of the club program at the completion of any quarter with no penalty.

(2) We take on the task of bidding and securing vendors for your home projects. These projects will be monitored daily and communicated with you, the homeowner, with complete transparency. (3) When it comes to the “to do’s” and general maintenance of your most precious investment Abode 360 is there every step of the way. We offer an elite one-stop shop for your home preservation needs.
